Most security companies begin in engineering. This one began in operations. Across sixteen years leading compliance‑driven, multi‑unit operations in some of the most regulated consumer industries in the country, spanning pharmacy and healthcare, big‑box retail, oil and gas, and food service, including leadership roles with CVS Health and United Pacific, many of the assignments were turnarounds: take an underperforming location, rebuild the team and the standards, coach people into leaders, improve the bottom line, and stay accountable to the community the business serves. Along the way a second pattern kept repeating: the controls organizations trust most lose their grip at the exact moment sensitive data leaves an approved boundary, workflow, or environment. That vantage point, watching where enforcement thins out in practice rather than on a diagram, is where this portfolio started.

That operational discipline is now pointed at security itself, and the record is the proof of technical range. Working as a solo founder, Laxman researched the domains, authored the technical specifications and drawings, and filed an eight‑family cybersecurity IP portfolio with the USPTO, anchored by a U.S. non‑provisional patent application with provisional‑stage filings extending coverage across the remaining families, alongside a demonstrated proof of concept on the core protected‑data workflow. He is completing an M.S. in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership at the University of San Diego (expected January 2027). The families sit deliberately where AI, machine learning, quantum computing, and other emerging capabilities are changing the threat landscape fastest: protected data, autonomous agent trust, validation and evidence, infrastructure security, post‑quantum readiness, synthetic identity defense, and human‑layer protection.

The operations‑and‑compliance lens shows up directly in how the work is designed. The posture is to drive toward safe, controlled outcomes when trust cannot be established, to coexist with existing security investments rather than rip and replace them, and to keep public claims sourced while reserving technical depth for verifiable review. Public materials describe market need and high‑level capability areas only; mechanism, architecture, and claim detail stay behind a signed NDA.

This is an early, founder‑led company, and that is the point of the record: one operator, working alone, produced filed IP across eight families, an operational proof of concept, and a disciplined disclosure posture. What comes next is a team problem, not an idea problem.
